Abstract

This work demonstrates a 10-Hz-linewidth hybridly-integrated semiconductor ring laser with an internal high-Q Si3N4 disc resonator using commercially available generic foundry platforms: An active III-V platform for InP combined with a passive low-loss platform for Si3N4.
