Kollaborativt forskningsprojekt m ansøgning til Norges Forskningsråd, Forskning og innovasjon i utdanningssektoren (FINNUT)

Nøgleresultater

Through research collaboration between HVL and DPU, the project deals with the following outcomes:
- Children’s learning to use their own senses, knowledge and skills
- Increasing children’s ability to make critical judgement of taste, food and nature
- Capacity building among educational researchers including students at teacher training programs at HVL (Bergen)
In turn, these will have the following impact:
- Trans-disciplinary collaborations and international networking on teaching taste
- Changes in the current teacher training curriculum for school and kindergarten and for FH/FK
- Crucial new research with core contributions of food and taste education theory
- Greater sustainability awareness among children, students and teachers.
The impacts will be realized by research collaborations, dissemination to researchers, teachers and stakeholders, in which practical approaches to taste didactic will be vital for transferring the research findings into schools and kindergartens.
