Beskrivelse
The overall aim of the RefreSCAR project is to facilitate improved coordination of national and European bioeconomy research programmes in the ERA through strengthened SCAR WGs. This, in turn, will contribute towards a reinvigoration of SCAR as a whole. This is embodied in the project name, RefreSCAR: a Spanish and Portuguese word meaning to refresh, renew or revitalise.
