The aim of this project is to investigate conscious food consumption Brazil, specifically verifying the relationship between personal values, attitudes, norms, beliefs and consumption behavior. We use a methodology that aims to analyze these aspects under a multi-faceted optic. Qualitative (interviews) and quantitative (surveys) strategies were used to collect data with food companies, retailers and consumers.
