The project will investigate opportunities and conditions for employee participation in innovations in a Chinese/Danish collaboration context. The project will focus on change management and knowledge sharing in China and how to involve and engage Chinese employees. Aarhus University and Arla Foods are collaborating with partners from Renmin University of China and the Chinese dairy company Mengniu.
The results from the project is expected to benefit both research and business practice, relevant also for other companies that are involved in Danish/Chinese cooperation. More info:
