Jeg er adjunkt ved Institut for Virksomhedsledelse og er tilknyttet MAPP – Centre for research on customer relations in the food sector og forskningsgruppen for Marketing & Sustainability.

Forbrugeradfærd, bæredygtigt forbrug, branding, sundhed, adfærdsændringer, interventioner, unge, sundhed, familier

Jeg deltager i øjeblikket i projektet Porkbrand, hvor vi undersøger branding og forbrugeradfærd af svinekød i Kina. Før det deltog jeg i projektet "Sustainable Organic Market Development With International Trade" (SOMDwIT), som havde til formål at skabe et bedre grundlag for den økologiske sektors eksportstrategi. Undervisning

Jeg underviser bl.a. i kvalitativ metode og marketing management på bachelorniveau, ligesom jeg også koordinerer holdundervisningen på marketing management. På masterniveau underviser jeg i marketing communication og afholder gæsteforelæsninger i forskellige fag. Derudover vejleder jeg praktikopgaver og bachelor- og specialestuderende.
