Forskningsinteresse

Biokemiske og cellulære funktioner af RecQ helikaser. Vi søger at afdække hvilken rolle de fem human RecQ helikaser spiller under reparation af DNA skader, primært DNA dobbeltstrengsbrud. Særligt fokus på at undersøge hvorledes aktiviteterne af de fem humane RecQ helikaser reguleres, og på at forstå samspillet mellem de fem proteiner.
