CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
International certified colorectal surgeon, professor and consultant surgeon at the Pelvic Floor Unit, Aarhus University Hospital. Head of the cancer sequelae clinic, AUH. Main clinical responsibilities: rectal prolapse surgery, sequelae following cancer treatment, Pelvic floor rehabilitation, functional bowel problems, proctology.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Sequelae following cancer treatment, pelvic floor rehabilitation, neurogenic bowel dysfunction, patient reported outcomes, App development for scientific purpose in health, fecal incontinence, obstetric anal sphincter injuries, Quality of life and stoma, surgery for rectal prolapse, surgery for functional bowel problems.
