I work as Director of Development at the research centre ICOA - Interdisciplinary Center for Organizational Architecture at Aarhus University, Aarhus BSS. See more about our interdisciplinary research at www.icoa.au.dk.

I work closely with researchers from many disciplines, international organizations, business and funding partners to create innovative platforms and partnerships for cooperation and knowledge development.

One of my major projects is the Maasai Mara Science and Development Initiative. Here I am the Program Director. I work with an interdisciplinary team of researchers from Aarhus University, University of Nairobi, Maasai Mara University and a number of local stakeholders in the Maasai Mara, Kenya to develop a research and knowledge exchange platform for the challenges of the Maasai Mara.

I worked with development projects (EU and Government funded) in the area of E-learning. My focus was on copyright issues related to new media and the web. I developed an online copyright consultancy service for educational instititutions and wrote and edited some books on this topic.
This led me to more commercial issues working with business strategy for e-business and I was shortly in charge of developing the e-business business area for DTI.
I started the Danish Escrow Institute together with lawyer Hanne Bender and later worked for Teknologisk Innovation assessing e-business business ideas.
Member of several boards eg. Mouse House and Space Invaders.

While still studying law at Aarhus university, I worked full time at DR doing a weekly television programme for youngsters - ZIG ZAG.
I worked as television hostess, programme editor and journalist and did 97 programmes.
