Research areas: Geropsychology, Developmental Psychology, Differential Psychology. More specifically; studies on individual differences in personality and intelligence in adult development, well-being in old age, the effect of psychotherapeutic treatment of elderly persons, measurement and interventions in regards to allostatic load and overload in nursing home residents and strategies for successful ageing.

Teaching areas: Geropsychology, Developmental Psychology, Differential Psychology. More specifically; Developmental Psychology (adult development) on 3rd semester and seminars on Personal Development in Adulthood primarily on 5th and 6th semester. Further I teach Theory and Practise seminars on candidate level.
