Jessica Aschemann-Witzel is at the Department of Management, and MAPP Centre Research on Value Creation in the Food sector and part of the Marketing and Sustainability research group.

Jessica has participated in more than 12 research projects in the past 10 years, funded by the EU, among several EU countries, or nationally funded German or Danish projects.

Teaching areas
At AU, Jessica has responsibility for the courses ‘sustainable production and consumption’ (BSc) and is coordinator for the Marketing line at the Master level. She teaches 'marketing management' (BSc) and 'sustainability marketing' (MSc) and has taught 'marketing communication' (MSc) for many years. In addition, Jessica acts as an advisor for students in internships and their BSc or MSc theses.
