Helle Alsted Søndergaard is associate professor in innovation management at Department of Business Administration and furthermore connected to MAPP – Centre for research on customer relations in the food sector.

Current research projects
Open innovation in small- and medium-sized enterprises
The aim of this project is to study the characteristics and competences required in order to successfully manage open innovation and focus explicitly on understanding the conditions and challenges particular to SMEs.

Teaching areas
Innovation management, open innovation, NPD management and marked oriented NPD.
