Ann-Kristina Løkke Møller is an Associate Professor as of 2013. She received her PhD from The Aarhus School of Business in 2009. She has been a visiting scholar at Nijmegen School of Management, Radboud University (2006-07). Her research is concerned with strategic HRM in the public sector and employee well-being, like absenteeism and presenteeism. She is a member of the Editorial Board of Employee Relations and a reviewer for numerous academic journals in HRM (e.g. The International Journal of Human Resource Management). Furthermore, she is a member of Center for Corporate Performance (CCP) and Crown Prince Frederik Center for Public Leadership.
