Ann-Kristina Løkke Møller is an Associate Professor. Her research is concerned with Human Resource Management and Leadership in the public sector and its influence on employee well-being, absenteeism, and presenteeism. She is a member of the Editorial Board of Employee Relations and a reviewer for numerous academic journals in HRM (e.g. Human Resource Management Journal, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, and Human Resource Development Review). Furthermore, she is a member of Center for Corporate Performance (CCP) and Crown Prince Frederik Center for Public Leadership.
