The Use of Clickers in Science Teaching at Aarhus University

    Presse/medie

    Beskrivelse

'Clickers' are response devices, which allow instructors to ask questions and gather students' responses during a lecture. In this way, the students get activated and engaged in the lectures and their own learning. This new teaching method has proven very effective in the United States and is now giving good results at the Science Faculty at Aarhus University.
Hear Ditlev Brodersen, associate Professor and Quentin Vicens, Science Teaching and Learning Fellow, both within the Department of Molecular Biology, tell about their positive experience with using clickers in their lectures at Aarhus University.
