Novo approves huge grants for research into sustainable agriculture and food production

These project grants are awarded to research that addresses some of the major challenges within plant science, agriculture and food science and that supports the development of sustainable agriculture and food production. 

Associate Professor Mario Martinez-Martinez from the Department of Food Science has received DKK 2,989,182 for the project Thermoresistant polysaccharide-based reinforcing fillers for the scalable mimicry of the myofibrillar hierarchy (REINFORCE).
