The order comprises 25 species, 7 genera, and 2 families as follows: Chiridotidae: Polycheira echinata, P. rufescens and Synaptidae: Anapta gracilis, Opheodesoma cf. australiensis, O. lineata, O. grisea, O. spectabilis, Polyplectana grisea, P. unica n.sp., Protankyra pseudodigitata, Synapta maculate, Synaptula cf. alba, S. cranium n.sp., S. lactea, S. lamperti, S. cf. macra, S. madreporica, S. media, S. psara, S. recta, S. reticulata, S. rosea, S. rosetta, S. virgata, and S. violacea.
