International Business is my main research and teaching focus area. In the last years, I have been involved with different research projects in the area of international business from an Economic Sociological perspective. These research projects were empirical and based on case studies, focusing on international competitiveness, industrial relations, deregulation policies and innovation strategies.

Investigates the processes of change in the Brazilian capitalism looking at how firms adapt to and shape the new market conditions. (2013/2014) . In collaboration with Federal University of Ceara.
