I work at the University of Aarhus, Denmark, as a researcher and teacher. I'm part of the Center for Science, Technology and Society studies where we especially focus on health and surveillance.
My own research interests include surveillance, social media and ethics. Currently, I'm working on a project concerning self-tracking and the formation of identity.
I'm also the head of the PhD study programme in ICT, Media, Communication and Journalism. My main job here is to facilitate and support our PhD students (currently around 30) by arranging PhD courses and other activities. I'm also engaged in the recruitment of new PhD students.
