Victor is an assistant professor at the Department of Economics and Business Economics. He received his PhD in Economics from Johns Hopkins University in 2017 and his BA in Economics and Mathematics from New York University in 2011. His primary research interests are in labor economics, health economics, child development and structural micro. His current research focuses on the role of parents and teachers in the development of children’s cognitive and emotional skills, and on the importance of these skills as determinants of schooling decisions and labor market outcomes.
