Dr. Lance Noel is a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Energy Technologies (CET) at Aarhus University in Denmark.  He received his Ph.D. in renewable energy law, economics and policy from the University of Delaware, where he was a research assistant in the Center for Carbon-free Power Integration.  

Dr. Noel works as a reasearcher on climate change mitigation law and policy, as well as more general environmental law.  He mainly focuses on the policy, laws, and economics of wind energy, electric vehicles, vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology, encompassing both the electricity and transportation sectors.  He is currently working on a grant under the supervision of Professor Benjamin Sovacool, working on barriers to implementation of V2G technology in the Nordic region.
