Coordinator for the Organizations project with a grant of 4 Million DKK for 5 years (2009-June 2014). The project is embedded in MindLab (http://www.mindlab.au.dk/menu18-en), which is funded by the Danish Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation

Research area:

My research interests revolve around organizational design, organizational design and the impact of group emotions on decision making and information processing. Seeing organizations as information processing entities, I’m particularly interested in how micro-level information processing, such as group emotions, influence organizational information processing and decision making.
