I specialize in investigation of plant chemical compounds with emphasis on nutritional and sensory components using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-mass spectrometry (MS) and other analytical techniques. I have an interest in diverse fruit and berry crops, and exploration of phytochemicals in plants/plant-based products with the view to characterize and identify healthy foods.
