Bo Sandemann Rasmussen is Director of Research, Deputy Head of Department, Programme Director and Professor at the School of Economics and Management. He received his PhD in economics from the University of Aarhus (1990), and holds an MSc (Economics) from London School of Economics (1985). His research and teaching interests centre on topics within public finance, mostly related to the incentive effects of taxation, in relation to issues within international economics (e.g. taxation and e-commerce, taxation and migration), macroeconomics (e.g. taxation and unemployment) and labour economics (e.g. taxation in imperfectly competitive labour markets). Bo Sandemann Rasmussen is a member of the Danish Competition Council and also a member of the Tax Commission appointed by the Danish Government.
